The personal data collected on our website are processed in compliance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data. Data Processing

Data will be processed with the purpose of managing user registration, providing requested services, complying with legal obligations, communicating with stakeholders even through electronic means, responding to inquiries and requests for information, organizing and promoting events and activities, managing social networks.

Managing user registration. When the interested party voluntarily registers as a user on our website or in person, we collect their data with their consent to formalize such registration as a user and preserve the information that allows us to provide our services and maintain contact with the user.

Commercial communication with stakeholders by any means. When the customer contracts our products or services, we may communicate commercially with them through electronic means with information about our activities, events, promotions, etc. The user may object at the time of data collection. In this case, the legitimacy for processing personal data is based on the legitimate interest of the entity in sending such communications with the guarantees of article 21 LSSICE.

When the interested party registers their email in our form on the matter, we process their data with their consent to keep them informed through periodic communications by electronic means about our services and activities.

Interested parties can object in each of the communications sent and additionally through the mechanism provided in the section "What are your rights?".

Social media management. We manage corporate pages on social networks, so we will process the data of users who interact with our content, communicate with us, or follow our profiles, with their consent and for the purpose of attending to their requests or inquiries and promoting our products and services respecting the terms of use and specific policies of each social network.

Minors. The processing of personal data of a minor may only be based on their consent when they are older than fourteen years. Exceptions are those cases where the law requires the assistance of the holders of parental authority or guardianship for the conclusion of the legal act or business in which context the consent for the processing is collected. The processing of data of minors under fourteen years old, based on consent, will only be lawful if the consent of the holder of parental authority or guardianship is provided, with the scope determined by the holders of parental authority or guardianship.

Data Processing Activities

Below are data processing activities that may be performed indistinctly by both entities.

Responding to inquiries and requests for information. When an interested party sends us an inquiry or request for information, we process their data with their consent to respond to the inquiry or request.

Organizing competitions, events, workshops, presentations, and other activities. For the organization of certain events, it may be necessary to create a register of attendees with their identifying and contact information, legitimized by the consent of the interested parties.

Promoting events, workshops, and activities through image and video.

We process images of attendees captured in the form of photographs or videos of competitions, events, workshops, activities, and other public events that take place in our facilities with the purpose of making them known and promoting them on our website, social networks, and other physical supports, exercising our legitimate interest to fulfill the above purposes, considering the expectations of the attendees regarding the capture and publication of their images in places where public events occur, when the image of the individuals appears merely incidental according to Article eight, Two, c) of the LO 1/1982 of May 5, on the civil protection of the right to honor, personal and family privacy, and the own image.

In other situations, we will obtain the consent of the interested party, expressed verbally or in writing, for the capture and publication of their image for the aforementioned purpose.

In any case, if the interested party wishes, they can request the anonymization or removal of their image on the digital platforms where it appears, by identifying the image and its location through a written request to info@senstile.com.

Who Do We Provide Your Data To?

We may share personal data with third-party service providers in charge of processing, solely for the purpose of providing us with certain services following our instructions without using the data for their own purposes and in order to carry out activities that are proper to us, or to the competent public administrations in compliance with legal obligations. As we use the services of some providers in the United States, we inform you that some of your data for which we are responsible may travel to that country with the guarantees mentioned above and within the European Union's Privacy Shield program.

How Long Do We Keep Your Data?

As a general rule, data will be retained as long as they are compatible with the purpose for which they were collected, in compliance with legal obligations for conservation and as long as liabilities may arise from the processing of such data, to then be deleted. Data collected for the purpose of commercial communication will be retained as long as such purpose persists or the user objects to the processing.
